2nd Gen OCs

Our RP guild recently concluded our overall story, and of course naturally, I've spent some time coming up with the next generation of OCs. Maxxy and Cy are cousins, children of some big goddamn war heroes, and they're pretty necessary to each other to balance the other out. So naturally, they're equally inseparable and insufferable.
